On 12 August 2009, Mr. S was asked to return to work by the company. Mr. S responded that he had been on medication, which consisted of sleeping pills. This made him not ready to resume work. The DCC on their part asked Mr. S to come back to work on 14 September 2009 which coincided with the date of the expiring of the GP’s certificate as well.
