Home Water Coolers
For any one of you who watch Channel 4’s - not-for-the-faint-hearted - Embarrassing Bodies, you probably will have caught a former episode which emphasised the difficult problem of exaggerated sweating. This matter is of specific interest to the Water Delivery Company and its cousin, the Water Cooler Company, for the reason that it brings to the fore the importance of preventing dehydration. Knowing your sweat rate will also be able to give you a better estimation of how much water you should be taking in, which means you’ll be aware of how often to visit the water cooler. Sweating is a necessity as it regularizes our body temperatures in good weather, or when exercising, in point of fact if we didn’t sweat, we’d die. Strangely, around 1% of the population sweats excessively in moments when they are neither hot nor exercising. This affliction is titled hyperhidrosis, and those who suffer from it can lose up to four times the regular amount of sweat a day! However much you sweat, it’s essential to keep your hydration levels just right. Both drinking excessively, or not drinking enough water canproduce severe medical imbalances, and in this country, it’s the latter that is the most standard problem. Having water coolers in the household could be just the ticket, and with the extended range on offer, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
